Simon D'Arcy

Simon D'Arcy has extensive experience in commercial management within the construction industry, currently serving as the acting Group Commercial Director and Commercial Director at Bukhatir Group since May 2017. D'Arcy's previous roles include Commercial Director at Al Faraa Construction and Industrial Group from September 2014 to May 2017 and Commercial Director at Habtoor Leighton Group, where involvement in the Al Mafraq Hospital Project occurred. Earlier positions include Senior Commercial Manager for the Al Bustan Complex Project and Commercial Leader for MESA Hub Manufacturing at Laing O'Rourke, as well as Regional Commercial Manager at Morrison Construction. D'Arcy began the professional journey as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Arkitekni International and as a Project Quantity Surveyor at Tarmac Construction. Educationally, Simon D'Arcy holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton.
