Gabriele Arlotta

Gabriele Arlotta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the luxury retail sector, currently serving as Senior Director for Europe Travel Retail at Bulgari since May 2007. In this role, Gabriele oversees general management of BVLGARI boutiques in the Travel Retail Europe network, focusing on sales, marketing, training, and P&L responsibilities. Prior to this, Gabriele held positions as Sales Director for Spain, Portugal, and Andorra, managing a team of 35 and driving sales strategy and budget planning. Gabriele also gained valuable experience in various sales management roles at Bulgari and worked as a Junior Account at UniCredit. An early internship at the Italian Embassy in Tunis provided foundational experience in diplomatic reporting and analysis. Gabriele holds a Laurea specialistica from Luiss Guido Carli University and participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Liège, further enhanced by training in negotiation skills from Scotwork and executive education from SDA Bocconi.
