Dan Carpenter

Dan Carpenter is an accomplished Principal Software Architect at Bullhorn, serving since August 2019. Previously, Dan held the position of Team Lead and Architect at SmashFly Technologies from February 2016 to July 2019, overseeing agile teams and ensuring compliance with development standards. Prior to that, Dan worked at Nasdaq's OMX Group from 2007 to February 2016 as both Team Lead and Software Developer for the Directors Desk product and as a Software Architect for Shareholder.com, leading a development team for the Investor Relations product. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University, along with a minor in math and physics, and another Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Washington State University.
