Jurrit de Jong

Jurrit de Jong is an experienced Salesforce Consultant at Bullhorn since July 2016, specializing in leading workshops, advising customers on optimizing recruitment processes, defining functional requirements, and implementing technical configurations in Salesforce. Jurrit also manages projects using Agile and Prince2 methodologies, engages in pre-sales activities, and trains both administrators and end-users. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter and Coach at Nova Dia, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, organizing information sessions, and acting as a key user for recruitment software, as well as serving as a Specialist in Life Insurance at Achmea. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and two Bachelor's degrees in Friese Language and Culture and Business Administration, all from the University of Groningen. Jurrit has also held leadership positions in student organizations, particularly as Chair of the Anniversary Committee and Treasurer of the student association Skanomodu.
