Kristin Kowalew Justice has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Assistant Head of Upper School for Academics and a High School Social Studies Teacher at Bullis School since July 2014. Prior to this role, Kristin worked at District of Columbia Public Schools as a Social Studies Teacher from August 2011 to July 2014, and at Baltimore City Public Schools from August 2009 to June 2011. Kristin's career began at the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, where work occurred from December 2007 to June 2009. Academically, Kristin holds a Post-Master's Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from The George Washington University, completed a Baltimore City Teaching Residency through TNTP, and possesses two Master's degrees in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University and Theology/Theological Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary, along with a Bachelor's degree in Education and Russian from Bucknell University.
