Roland Dr. Deinzer

Roland Dr. Deinzer has extensive experience in strategic management and training within the German public sector. Since 2015, Roland Deinzer has served as a keynote speaker on topics related to "Arbeiten 4.0" and the impact of digitalization. Concurrently, since May 2004, Roland Deinzer has held the position of Leiter Strategisches Controlling und Unternehmensentwicklung at Bundesagentur für Arbeit, focusing on the BA 2020 strategy and contributing to the Weissbuchprozess of the BMAS. Previously, roles included Senior Experte/Trainer for leadership competencies, operational management at a labor agency, and research assistant in international economic relations. Education includes a Dr. rer. pol. in Volkswirtschaftslehre and a Diplom-Volkswirt from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
