Jeroen Ijsebaert

Jeroen Ijsebaert is an experienced professional in the continuous improvement and productivity management fields, currently serving as the WE CI market lead at Bunge since March 2017, focusing on oilseed plants across the Netherlands, France, Italy, and Spain. Prior to this role, Jeroen spent nearly 17 years at Cargill, where responsibilities included implementing lean 6-sigma tools and leading process improvements in the Amsterdam Soy Plant as a Productivity Manager. Jeroen's expertise also includes supervising production operations, managing teams, and optimizing workflows in various supervisory roles within soy crush and refinery environments. Jeroen holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, earned from 1993 to 1999.
