Karen Bryson-Phipps

Karen Bryson-Phipps currently serves as the Vice President of Learning & Organizational Development at Burlington Stores, Inc., a position held since May 2014. Prior to this, Karen spent 17 years at Pep Boys, culminating in the role of Vice President of Human Resources, where a dynamic people strategy was developed to attract, train, and retain talent while fostering a preferred employer culture. Earlier positions at Pep Boys included Assistant Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development, Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Information Technology Recruiter. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Delaware, earned between 1990 and 1994.
