Elisha Krauss

Elisha Krauss has a robust background in investments and operations within the deep tech and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as an Associate at BDC's Deep Tech Venture Fund since September 2024, Elisha previously contributed as a Sr. Associate in Investments at MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund from January 2023 to July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Operations Manager and Associate at Nomic Bio from March 2020 to December 2022. Elisha has also held leadership and research positions at Queen's Genetically Engineered Machine Team and Queen's University, focusing on projects in neuroscience and psychology, further complemented by a background in substance use research. Elisha holds a Master of Science in Neuroscience from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen's University.
