Cyndy Martino-Friedrich

Cyndy Martino-Friedrich serves as the Director of Human Resources & Payroll at Butler Company since November 2017 and has been a member of the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut (HRACC) since 2007, where contributions included roles on the Membership Committee and as Membership Co-Director. Cyndy has also been part-time bookkeeper and assistant at Mind Body & Skin since 2003, managing payroll, supplies, and scheduling. Previous positions include Strategic Human Resource & Operations Partner at VLink Inc, where responsibilities encompassed HR guidance and performance process restructuring, and a variety of recruitment roles at FM Facility Maintenance, Smart Talent Search, and Ultimate Staffing Services. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Preparedness & Training at the American Red Cross and Account Manager at Coghlin Network Services. Cyndy holds an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina and a B.S. in Business Studies from American International College.
