Marsha Stieglitz

Marsha Stieglitz is an experienced Human Resource Generalist and Office Manager currently working at Buzzi Unicem USA since February 2020. In this role, Marsha provides support and advice to employees and management on employee relations, oversees operations support staff, manages leave of absence processes, and conducts employee investigations. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant II and Accounting Associate, as well as ownership and management positions at The Refuge Coffee House, Inc., and Cornerstone Machine Works, Inc. Marsha was also involved in women's ministry at Cross Church, coordinating events and providing mentorship. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Colorado Technical University, along with a certification in Excel from Texas State Technical College.
