Adam Shaffer

Adam Shaffer is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in end user services and IT service delivery. Currently serving as IT Manager for End User Services at BWX Technologies, Inc. since April 2022, Adam has previously held senior roles including Sr. Manager of IT Service Delivery at Novolex from October 2020 to April 2022, and various managerial and technical positions at Babcock & Wilcox between April 2014 and October 2020. Adam's career began at Lockheed Martin, where roles included Software Engineer and Computer Support Specialist from October 2007 to April 2014. Adam holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Brown Mackie College-Akron, completed between 2006 and 2009.
