Flora Azevedo leads Global Regulatory Readiness and Investigations for LatAm and the Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Middle-East regions at TikTok. Previously, Flora served as Head of Regional Legal Brazil & LatAm at ByteDance, where they provided comprehensive legal support across various business functions. They also held roles at Grupo Globo, advising on intellectual property and media law, and spent time as an Associate Lawyer at Rosman, Penalva, Souza Leão, Franco, Vale Advogados. Flora is currently a member of the Ethics Council at CONAR, having been referred by IAB. They earned a Bacharelado em Direito from Ibmec and hold an LLM in Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
