Kelly Schwedland

Kelly Schwedland has extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship across various industries. Currently, Kelly serves as Chair of C12 Business Forums in Greater Indianapolis and previously held positions as CEO and Board Member at Torchlite. As President of OpenINSIGHTS and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Elevate Ventures, Kelly led funding initiatives for multiple B2B SaaS technology companies and provided mentorship to high-potential startups. Notable roles include Executive Manager at Tech Foundry, Co-Founder/COO of 5Degrees CRM, and President/Co-Founder of the FinTech company Genesis. Kelly holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BS in Business Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and training as an Army ATC Radar Controller.
