Erin Stepien

Erin Stepien is the Vice President of Strategic Collaborations at C2i Genomics. Erin has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on precision diagnostics and market access.

Erin started their career as a Kaiser National Account Manager for Genomic Health, where they were responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic marketing plans. After three years, they transitioned to Foundation Medicine as their Director of Payer Relations and Reimbursement. In this role, Erin was responsible for overseeing all aspects of payer contracting, reimbursement, and policy for Foundation Medicine's genomic testing products.

In February 2021, Erin joined Caris Life Sciences as their Senior Director of Market Access. In this role, Erin was responsible for leading the market access strategy for Caris' portfolio of next-generation sequencing (NGS) tests and services.

Erin joined C2i Genomics in June 2022 as their Vice President of Strategic Collaborations. In this role, Erin is responsible for leading the company's efforts to develop partnerships and collaborations with other healthcare organizations.

Erin Stepien has completed a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory and Religious Studies from UC Santa Barbara, and also has an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University in Leadership and Negotiations.
