Rupesh Panchal

Rupesh Panchal currently serves as the Sr Director of Global IT at C3 AI, overseeing the strategy, design, and execution of core corporate IT functions since September 2025. Previously, Rupesh was the Director of IT/IS Engineering and Operations at Upstart from May 2022 to August 2025, focusing on the convergence of technology and security to enhance operational efficiency. Rupesh's career at LinkedIn spanned nearly a decade, during which responsibilities included developing the global Identity and Access Management strategy and building the IAM organization from the ground up. Rupesh's earlier roles include IT Architect at Synopsys, Systems Administrator at Aruba Networks, and various positions at Extreme Learning and Haier America. Rupesh holds a BSc in Computer Science from Leeds Beckett University.
