Steven James

Steven James is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in economic forecasting and fund management. Currently serving as Managing Director on the Global Leadership Team at CPP Investments, Steven has contributed to total fund portfolio design since June 2007. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Director at CPP Investments, focusing on Total Fund Management. Earlier in Steven's career, from May 1987 to June 2007, Steven was a Director at Finance Canada, where responsibilities included economic forecasting and analysis. Steven holds a Master's degree in Economics from Princeton University and an additional Master's degree, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, from The University of British Columbia.
