Lorianne Hinds is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and reporting analysis. Currently serving as the Regional Workforce Manager and IT Process Lead at Cable & Wireless Communications since September 2015, Lorianne previously held the position of Reporting Analyst at Columbus Communications Jamaica Ltd. from June 2013 to August 2015, where responsibilities included developing tactical and strategic reporting and maintaining reporting tools. Lorianne's earlier experience includes a role as Workforce Management Analyst at Jamaica Public Service Company Ltd. from June 2010 to June 2013 and serving as Workforce Management Team Leader at Digicel from June 2004 to September 2008.
