Brad Benton

Brad Benton is an experienced mortgage loan officer and vice president currently serving as the Area Manager at Cadence Bank since September 2022, specializing in residential mortgage loans and cross-selling banking and insurance products across most of the United States. Previously, Brad worked with BancorpSouth for over 15 years in various roles, originating numerous types of mortgage loans including FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans, while also providing services such as credit repair assistance and home buyer education. Prior experience includes positions at Wells Fargo, BankPlus, and Mercury Finance, where Brad developed substantial expertise in mortgage banking and management. Educationally, Brad holds an MBA from Belhaven University and a degree in Business with a focus on Real Estate/Mortgage Finance from Mississippi State University, along with certifications from the National Mortgage Bankers Association.
