Raghu Kodali

Raghu Kodali is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Senior Engineering Group Director at Cadence since September 2025. Prior to this role, Raghu spent nearly 21 years at Arm, where positions included Senior Director of Engineering, overseeing a multinational team of memory engineers and a cross-functional team focused on ARM core implementations and standard cell library development. Raghu's career at Arm also included roles as Director of Engineering, Senior Principal Design Engineer, and Principal Engineer, where significant contributions included establishing the Processor Optimised Package Arm Core implementation team from inception. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Layout Engineer at Artisan Components and as a Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics. Raghu holds an M.Tech in Digital Electronics from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
