Rajiv Roy

Rajiv Roy is a Sr. Software Engineering Group Director at Cadence Design Systems, bringing over 20 years of experience in the EDA industry focused on software product development and management. They manage a global team to develop the leading TBA compiler technology for simulation acceleration across Cadence's platforms. Rajiv has a successful track record in delivering tools and technology for functional verification and IC implementation, with expertise in simulation acceleration, emulation, and hardware/software co-verification. They previously held positions at Magma Design Automation and Cadence, contributing to various logic synthesis and verification tools. Rajiv is currently pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and an M.Tech in VLSI Design Tools and Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
