Bakri Abushouk

Bakri Abushouk, CSP, CHMM is an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at CSL since September 2023, focusing on EHS guidance, support, and training to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Additionally, Bakri serves as Secretary for the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and has held the position of Environmental Health and Safety Regional Coordinator at Cadence Petroleum Group since November 2021, where responsibilities include inspecting facilities for safety, health, and environmental risks. Previous experience includes roles as an Environmental Scientist at Highlands Environmental Solutions, Inc., and Environmental Specialist at Veolia, with expertise in site investigations, hazardous waste management, and conducting environmental assessments. Bakri holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from North Carolina State University and two Master of Science degrees in Environmental Science and Occupational Safety from East Carolina University.
