How we work

Our purpose

Our client's satisfaction is the top priority of our managers. We make sure our clients are getting the most out of Cadence's services. We build long-term relationships and enjoy meeting with our clients face-to-face (or over Zoom...).

Our team of Associates help clients with their projects. They are the day-to-day account servicing team at Cadence.

What makes us unique?

We are both alumni and members of the Associate program! It is fun to be able to work with all levels of clients at our accounts. As Associates, we worked with the junior team members. As Client Service Managers, we now work with the decision-makers.

How we work

We are the true hub of all resources and information. Between the Client Service team and clients, we make sure services are up to the expectation. Between Client Service Managers and clients, we together set up tailor-made workflows and services. Between the Platform Development team and clients, we design the processes aligned with the client's goals.

Our team of Associates are divided into Product "Desks". Handling the full lifecycle of day-to-day projects for clients!

Our favorite tools

We LOVE the new 'huddle' feature in Slack. This allows us to stay in sync when new members of our international team come online.
