Michael D’Addario

Vice President at Cadinha & Co.

After working on Wall Street for twenty-nine years, Michael retired from Goldman Sachs in 2018 and moved his family to Oahu. He soon realized he missed serving clients and his involvement in the capital markets, so after a five-thousand-mile-long journey, he landed at Cadinha.

Michael began his career at Prudential Fixed Income Advisors and spent seven years as an institutional, high grade corporate bond portfolio manager. He then wanted to try his hand at the “sell-side” of the business and worked for twelve years at Merrill Lynch as a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Sales & Trading division serving institutional clients. During the roller coaster ride of the financial crisis, Michael had the opportunity to move to Citadel LLC., and build their Leveraged Finance Trading, Sales and Research team. After two years at Citadel LLC., Michael worked the next seven years of his career at Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Sales & Trading Division. He was primary sales coverage and relationship manager for institutional clients, including insurance, mutual fund, hedge fund and pension clientele.

Michael holds a BS in Business Management from Rutgers University, Magna Cum Laude and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, Cum Laude.
