Sean Connor

Sean Connor is currently the Director of Customer Services at Cairn Housing Association. Sean has been in this role since May 2017. Prior to that, Sean was the Service Team Lead at Wheatley Group from May 2017 to April 2021. Before Wheatley Group, Sean was the Director of Operations at Community Renewal Trust from October 2014 to May 2017. Sean has also been the Director at Sports Soccer Tours Ltd since May 2012. Prior to that, they were the Director at Community Conversations from March 2011 to October 2014. Sean's first job was as the Regeneration Manager at MILNBANK HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED from April 2005 to March 2011. Sean then worked as the Practice Team Manager at Action for Children from September 2000 to April 2005.

Sean Connor has a MSc in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Glasgow, a Post Graduate Certificate in Alcohol & Drug Studies from the University of Paisley, a Post Graduate Certificate in Community Education from the University of Strathclyde, a BA (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Paisley, and a Higher National Diploma in Distribution & Management from Central College of Commerce, Glasgow. Sean is also certified by the Academy of Clinical Educators as a Member of the Academy of Clinical Educators, by the CLD Standards for Scotland as a Member of the Community Learning and Development Standards for Scotland, by the Institute of Fundraising as a Member of the Institute of Fundraisers, by THE INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and by the Chartered Institute of Housing as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

They work with Morag Boyter - Director of Business Services, Derek Adam – - Director of Finances & People Services, and Meg Deasley - Director of Property Services. Sean Connor reports to Jason MacGilp, CEO.
