Shreya Aggarwal

Shreya Aggarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and talent development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Cairn Oil and Gas since July 2021, Shreya has held roles such as Head of Awards and Engagement and Manager of Learning and Development. Prior to this, Shreya was with OYO as an HR Business Partner and HR Program Manager, focusing on international expansion and diversity initiatives from July 2019 to July 2021. Shreya began a career at EY, progressing from Consultant to Senior Consultant between April 2016 and July 2019. Shreya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
