Tsai Renkun Lucas

Tsai Renkun Lucas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tsai started their career as a Waiter at Spa Esprit Group, where they demonstrated excellent customer service skills and was recognized as the Best Server of the Month. Tsai was later promoted to a senior server, where they trained and supervised new employees.

In 2015, Lucas ventured into entrepreneurship and co-founded Hangeroo, a platform aimed at connecting students on campus. Tsai secured funding and support from various institutions, including Temasek Polytechnic and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Lucas then transitioned to the fitness industry and worked as a Personal Trainer at True Fitness. Tsai developed personalized training packages for clients and utilized their exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.

In 2016, Lucas took on an internship at Bitscopic, where they gained valuable experience in product management. This internship was sponsored by Ngee Ann Polytechnic as part of an overseas internship program.

In 2020, Lucas joined Firma Technologies as an Associate Product Manager. Tsai contributed to product development and management, further refining their skills in this area.

In 2021, Lucas founded CURE Network, a platform that facilitates the exchange of digital assets for personalized medicine services globally. Through CURE, they aimed to increase awareness and usage of personalized medicine and create a network that integrates various biotech, research, and pharmaceutical companies.

Most recently, in 2022, Lucas joined Cake DeFi as a Product Manager, where they are responsible for overseeing and improving the company's product offerings.

Throughout their career, Lucas has proven to be adaptable, entrepreneurial, and skilled in product management, customer service, and leadership.

Tsai Renkun Lucas has a background in Computer Software Engineering and Aerospace Electronics. Tsai attended General Assembly from 2019 to 2020, where they focused on computer software engineering. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, Tsai Renkun Lucas studied Aerospace Electronics at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Agile methodologies, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from AgileAsia in February 2022.
