Matthew Earl MCIOB is a Chartered Construction Manager with extensive experience in various roles within the construction industry. Currently serving as Site Manager at CALA Group Limited since April 2018, Matthew previously held positions including Assistant Site Manager and Quality Manager at City & Country, overseeing high-quality construction during key development stages. Prior to this, Matthew worked as Production Manager at Contract Interiors UK Ltd and served in the HM Forces as a Paratrooper, where responsibilities included mentoring the Afghan National Army.
