Sarah Quintanilla, SPHR has gained extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, starting as an HR Administrator at Calamos Investments in 2010. Sarah progressed through various roles within the company, eventually becoming Vice President of Human Resources in February 2021. Throughout their career, they have held positions such as HR Analyst, HR Associate, and Director of Compensation & Employee Relations. In addition, they briefly worked as a Junior Consultant at McDonald's Corporation and completed an internship as a Human Resources Intern at Calamos Investments.

Sarah Quintanilla, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University, attained in 2010. Sarah further pursued their education at the same institution and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management and Leadership in 2015. In 2016, Sarah obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

The Chicago office focuses on investment management, product development, and financial services operations.
