Dave Francis

Dave Francis has over 30 years of experience in project management and civil construction operations, currently serving as the Director of Project Management and Civil Construction Operations at Caldwell Tanks, Inc. since October 2015. Previously, Dave held various roles at Caldwell Tanks, including Director of Operations and Civil Construction Manager. Experience also includes leadership positions as Civil Superintendent at Wilcon Constructors LLC and Owner of Abatement Environmental Services LLC. Dave began a career in construction at Abel Construction Company, where initial roles progressed from Laborer to Superintendent. Education includes a Journeyman Carpenter degree from Carpenters Local 64.
