Greg Lynch

Greg Lynch is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in high-end single-family residential construction and multifamily investments. As the CEO and Founder of Enfort Homes since September 2010, Greg has overseen an active pipeline valued at over $125 million and has successfully acquired and completed over 200 homes worth more than $200 million. In addition, Greg is a Partner at States Avenue Ventures, managing assets exceeding $25 million, and also owns Bluecastle Homes with over $10 million in assets. As a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker, Greg has a strong foundation in property management and construction management. Previous roles include IT EDI Manager at Expeditors and owner of Sitrik Graphics, showcasing a diverse skill set cultivated through various professional endeavors. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Accounting from Northwest University.
