Izabel Marquez

Izabel Marquez is an Associate Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities include designing and developing system architectures and defining key capabilities and performance requirements since July 2023. Previously, Izabel served as a System Engineering Intern at Northrop Grumman, gaining experience in system architecture design from May 2022 to May 2023. In parallel, Izabel has been a MAE Engineering Tutor and a Combustion and Propulsion Research Assistant at California State University, Long Beach, conducting experimental studies on droplet impact related to propellant mixing and combustion since August 2021. Earlier experience includes an internship as an Electronic Warfare Engineer at the 412th Test Wing, Edwards Air Force Base, focusing on data analysis to evaluate aircraft system performance in the summer of 2021. Izabel completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at California State University, Long Beach, from 2019 to 2023.
