Xiomara Arroyo is a Council Member at California State University, San Marcos. Xiomara previously worked as a Vice President and Foundation Manager at Wells Fargo from August 2005 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the investments across the San Diego and Imperial County regions. Xiomara Arroyo has an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in Business Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Organizational Behavior, and Financial Policy for Managers. Xiomara also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University San Marcos.
