Paul Gannoe

Paul Gannoe is the Assistant Vice Chancellor at California State University, where they focus on capital construction, government relations, general administration, and contract negotiations. They previously served as Chief of Planning and Design at California State University from 2018 to 2023, and held the position of Associate Vice President for Facilities Services and Capital Planning at Eastern Kentucky University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, Gannoe was the Deputy Commissioner for the Commonwealth of Kentucky from 2005 to 2015. Paul earned a B.S. in Management from Tennessee Technological University between 1984 and 1988.
