Hetan S. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Calix since March 2023, Hetan previously held the position of Director of the SaaS Platform at [24]7.ai, where leadership was demonstrated in building a Conversational Commerce platform. Prior experience includes engineering leadership at Kohl's Department Stores, where Hetan managed enhancements to the Point of Sale system, as well as roles at Symantec, Shopping.com, Pacific Biosciences, and TIBCO Software, showcasing a strong track record in e-commerce, web development, and application modernization. Hetan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, along with an Advance Computing Diploma from the Institute of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
