Ricardo M. Silva

Ricardo M. Silva is a civil engineer with extensive experience in legislative analysis and project management. Since January 2016, Ricardo has served as an Analista Legislativo at Câmara dos Deputados, focusing on the design and execution of building projects, including foundations, structures, and hydraulic and sanitary installations. Ricardo has also been a Geotechnical Consultant since January 2004, specializing in 2D and 3D geotechnical modeling and structural design. Previously, from November 2013 to January 2016, Ricardo coordinated construction oversight for railway projects at ANTT, and prior to that, worked at the Ministério do Planejamento, focusing on public works contracts and infrastructure projects, including significant national initiatives. Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and several advanced degrees, including an MBA from FGV and specializations in Railway Engineering and Geotechnics.
