Alison W. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people policy, compliance, and strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Head of People Policy & Compliance at Cambridge University Press & Assessment since March 2019, Alison leads initiatives to enhance people operations. Previous roles include Director of People Partnering and Reward and Head of People Partnering International, where leadership was provided during a significant integration process. With a foundational background as Head of Reward EMEA at Landis+Gyr and roles at Pitney Bowes, Bakkavor, and Electrocomponents plc, Alison has consistently focused on business transformation, culture change, and talent development.
