Thomas J. Rutherford

Tom joined Camden Partners in November 2012 and is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. He leads Camden's finance, accounting and compliance functions in addition to serving as a resource to portfolio companies in various capacities. Previously, Tom was a Senior Associate with CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, a national CPA and consulting firm in Baltimore, where he concentrated on audits of private equity firms and municipal governments.

Tom graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
