William Clark

William Clark has extensive experience in construction management and civil land development, currently serving as Project Superintendent at Camden Property Trust since September 2016, having previously held roles as Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army Reserve from February 2012 to August 2017, and working as a Construction Engineer at Jones and Carter where responsibilities included managing projects in the Houston Metro area. Earlier in the career, William Clark worked as a Survey Technician II, collaborating with an RPLS Surveyor on topographic and boundary surveys. William Clark holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering from Lone Star College.
