Tim Naylor has a diverse work experience starting as a Graduate Marketing Executive at Lion Co in 2001. Tim then went on to work at Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres as an Assistant Brand Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt. Tim also held roles at ANZ as a Campaign Manager for Credit Cards and later as Marketing Manager for Wealth. Tim further worked as Marketing Manager at E*TRADE Australia and then as a Consultant for CRM & Customer Marketing at the Australian Football League. Tim's career progressed to roles like Head of Customer Marketing / Personalisation at Bupa Australia & New Zealand, Marketing Director - Australia at Amplifon, and Head Of Marketing followed by Head of Customer Strategy & Insights at AGL Australia. Presently, Tim serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Camp Australia.

Tim Naylor attended St Hilda's College, University of Melbourne from 1998 to 2000. Tim then pursued a degree in Front-End Web Development at General Assembly. Additionally, they completed a Master of Commerce and an MBA (Executive) at RMIT University.
