Andrey Karapetyan

Andrey Karapetyan serves as the Head of HR Europe and Global Head of Talent at Campari Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Andrey accumulated extensive experience at Sanofi from December 2010 to June 2022, where positions included Global HR for the General Medicines Global Business Unit and Head of Talent Management for Eurasia, the Middle East, and Africa. Additional roles encompassed Global Talent Principles & Processes Head and Talent Management Director for Industrial Affairs. Earlier experience involved positions at Kellogg Company as Organizational Effectiveness Manager, Danone as Organization Development Manager, and Renault as Training and Development Manager. Andrey holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University — Higher School of Economics.
