Jose Ibarzabal

Jose Ibarzabal is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple regions and industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for the Americas at Campari Group since October 2014, Ibarzabal oversees HR operations across seven countries, including Canada, the US, and Brazil. Previously, Ibarzabal held prominent HR positions such as HR Sr. Director for North, Central & Eastern Europe and Global HR Director for Supply Chain, along with HR Director roles in South America and Argentina at Siemens. Early career highlights include positions at Assurant Solutions and Cepas Argentinas, where Ibarzabal focused on talent acquisition, HR development, and compensation strategies. Ibarzabal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Buenos Aires and a Post Graduate degree in Organizational Development from IMD, complemented by education at ITBA and a high school diploma in Humanities from Colegio Newman.
