Roman Djafarov has a comprehensive work experience in finance and management roles. Roman started their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in 1997 and worked there until 2002. From 2003 to 2006, they served as a Financial Controller at Osnova Group. Roman then moved to GlaxoSmithKline and worked as an Area Finance Director for Developing Markets EurAsia from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as the Chief Financial Controller for Ukraine until 2011. Roman then joined Campari Group, where they held various positions including Finance Director Ukraine, Managing Director of Odessa Sparkling Wine Company, CFO of Eastern Europe, Senior Finance Director Germany, and CFO of Northern Central & Eastern Europe. Currently, they serve as the Group FP&A and Finance Transformation Director at Campari Group.
Roman Djafarov attended Kyiv National Economics University from 2002 to 2007 where they obtained a Master's Degree in International Business. Roman also pursued further studies in ACCA to become an FCCA, although the start and end years are not provided.
