Chris Foley

EVP & President, Snacks at Campbell Soup Company

Chris Foley joined Campbell in 1999 and was named Executive Vice President and President of Campbell Snacks in November 2022.

Chris leads our Snacks division, which includes brands like Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, and Cape Cod and the company’s Latin America businesses. He is a member of the Operating Committee, which focuses on Board-level matters and the development of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan. He reports to the CEO.

Chris has spent over 20 years at Campbell in a variety of pivotal roles. Prior to his current position, he served as President Meals & Beverages where he led the revitalization of the Meals & Beverages portfolio by improving product quality, accelerating innovation and marketing, and contemporizing its iconic brands. Under his stewardship, the division, including the soup business, expanded its reach and relevance, particularly with new, younger consumers.

Prior to leading Meals & Beverages, Chris was Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Snacks from 2018 to 2019, where he played a key role in the Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. acquisition and integration, drove innovation and developed effective marketing campaigns that resulted in significant sales growth.

Earlier in his career, he served as GM of Campbell’s Australia and New Zealand businesses from 2011-2013 and as GM of Fresh and Frozen Bakery at Pepperidge Farm. Chris also served as Marketing Director – China. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the College of the Holy Cross and his Master of Business Administration from the College of William & Mary. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the FMI Foundation and The Ad Council.
