Kathy Murphy

Kathy Murphy is the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Campus Management. Kathy has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and talent management. Kathy started their career in 1992 as a Manager of Human Resources for American Produce Company. Kathy then spent six years as an HR Business Partner for Chiquita Brands International. In 2008, Kathy took a contract position as an HR Professional for UniRush Financial Services. Kathy then spent eight years with Hobsons, first as the Senior Director of Human Resources, then as the Chief People Officer. Kathy joined Campus Management in January 2018 as the Chief People Officer.

Kathy Murphy holds a BA from Gettysburg College.
