Heather MacLean

Heather MacLean has extensive experience in retail and financial services, currently serving as the Manager of Retail Products Service Delivery at Canada Post/Postes Canada since August 2021, where leadership of a nationwide team focuses on delivering financial services to Post Offices. Previously, Heather held various management roles at Connect First Credit Union from May 2006 to December 2020, including Manager of Financial Services Business Delivery and Branch Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at TD from May 1998 to May 2006, where responsibilities ranged from Customer Service Management to Financial Services Representative. Heather earned a Business Administration Diploma with a focus on Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 1997 to 1999.
