Kevin Thomas

Kevin Thomas, MASc, P.Eng., serves as the Regional Electrical & Electronics Engineering Officer at Canada Post, focusing on the transformation of e-commerce systems for parcel handling since July 2019. With a robust background in engineering and systems architecture, Kevin has held various positions, including Systems Architect and Open Source Developer at Engineering Excursions, and Electrical Systems Engineer at Seaspan ULC, where significant contributions included the design and architecture of Integrated Platform Management Systems for naval vessels. Previous experience spans roles at Omron Automation & Safety, Coast Automation, WEBIR Automation, and Intelligent Robotics Corporation, alongside academic involvement at Simon Fraser University. Kevin holds a Master of Applied Science in Engineering Science from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
