Elza Efendi

Elza Efendi, MSc, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various sectors. Since May 2013, Elza has been the Business Owner of CANAM Enterprise Inc., which is part of the CANAM Group. Elza has held multiple roles at Scotiabank since August 2006, serving as a Senior Program Consultant and Senior Portfolio Consultant. In addition to ongoing consulting positions at Canadian Institute for Health Information, BMO Harris Bank, TCU Financial Group, Sun Life Financial of Canada (UK), Law Society, and CIBC, Elza has been a Sr. Program Manager at Grey Bruce Health Services since October 2017, focusing on transformation programs involving multiple healthcare organizations. At DXC Technology, Elza has been serving as a PMO Portfolio Manager since November 2016, managing significant portfolios for the CIBC account. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance and Banking from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Baku State University, complemented by further studies in Program and Portfolio Management at the University of Toronto.
