Sabrina Caruso

Sabrina Caruso has over 16 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Canadian Tire Corporation since March 2007. Throughout her tenure, Sabrina has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of HR Transformation and Interim Total Rewards, Associate Vice President of Human Resources, and Manager positions in Human Resource Solutions and Compensation. Prior to Canadian Tire, Sabrina worked at Mercer Human Resource Consulting as an Analyst in Human Capital Advisory Services and at Holt Renfrew as an Analyst in Total Compensation and Human Resource Coordinator. Sabrina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University.
