Customer Experience - Marketing Analyst at Canal de Isabel II

Rebeca G. is a Customer Experience Marketing Analyst at Canal de Isabel II since October 2017, responsible for defining and participating in the deployment of a Customer Experience project and implementing a transactional measurement tool for Voice of the Customer from its inception. Previously, Rebeca G. engaged as a participant in the Santander YUZZ program at the Centro Internacional Santander Emprendimiento from January to July 2017, providing mentorship and support to young entrepreneurs. Rebeca G. is currently pursuing a Master's in E-Commerce at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, after obtaining a degree in Marketing and Market Research from Universidad de Granada and a Master's in Decision Making and Innovation from Universidad de Alcalá. Additionally, Rebeca G. completed a Professional Degree in Classical Guitar at Conservatorio Profesional Manuel Carra de Málaga.
